InstaVCC is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. We may collect some information about your browser (IP address, cookies).
We will never sell or disclose any of your personal information to outside parties without your consent unless compelled by a court of law to do so.
Accounts & e-mail
Registering an account with InstaVCC requires an e-mail address. Your e-mail address is used for sending you news and your orders, as well as password reset links in case such are needed.
Orders
All orders, regardless if made by a registered account or not, are stored, along with the IP address and email of the customer.
Security
Customer data is encrypted and protected. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use strong SSL encryption to ensure your privacy.
Removal of data
If you have previously ordered from us and/or have an account with us and would like to have all of your data removed from InstaVCC (including orders and accounts, your e-mail and IP address), you may submit a request to us through e-mail at privacy@instavcc.com. Please include your IP-address and e-mail that you used to purchase from us. Please note that this means we will not be able to assist you in any way with your previous purchases after your data is removed.
We require that at least 3 months have passed from the date of creation of the data. We will not delete any data that has been created recently.
We delete order data every 3 months.
