Once you receive your items a refund or replacement is no longer possible. This is due to the nature of the products that we sell – since they are digital, we cannot take them back as the customer has already seen the important information granting them access to the product. The only cases where we are able to process refunds or replacements are when the error is on our side – invalid product, invalid balance on product, etc.

Please note: all items sold on InstaVCC.com are sold “as is”, meaning we do not guarantee for your virtual cards or other digital items to be accepted at one website or another. If your product is not accepted at a particular website, you may use it for another one. We also will not refund any purchases due to account bans on websites that forbid the use of our products.
